1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Vsquarish Inc ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our platform.

These Terms apply to all users of our healthcare automation platform, including healthcare providers, administrative staff, and any other individuals or entities accessing our services.

2. Description of Services

Vsquarish Inc provides a healthcare automation platform ("Platform") that includes:

• Medical billing and claims management
• Patient intake and scheduling automation
• Revenue cycle management tools
• Healthcare analytics and reporting
• Patient communication and engagement tools
• Practice management solutions

The Platform is designed to assist healthcare providers in managing their operations but does not replace professional medical judgment or provide medical advice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
2. Maintain and promptly update your account information
3. Maintain the security of your account credentials
4. Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
5. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4. HIPAA Compliance and Data Security

As a healthcare technology provider, we take data security and privacy seriously. We comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and have implemented appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect Protected Health Information (PHI).

Users agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with HIPAA
• Implement appropriate security measures on their end
• Report any suspected security incidents immediately
• Obtain proper patient consents where required

5. Payment Terms

Access to certain Platform features requires payment of fees. By subscribing to paid services, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees in accordance with your subscription plan
• Provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the payment method
• Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Acknowledge that we may change fees with 30 days' notice

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vsquarish Inc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

1. Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform
2. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
3. Remove any proprietary notices or labels
4. Use the Platform to develop a competing service

All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Platform are our property or the property of third parties. You may not use these without prior written permission.

7. User Content and Responsibilities

Users may submit, upload, or transmit content through the Platform ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content solely to provide the Platform services.

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy, quality, and legality of your User Content
• Obtaining necessary rights and permissions for your User Content
• Ensuring your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws
• Maintaining appropriate backups of your data

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vsquarish Inc shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Errors or omissions in the Platform
• Service interruptions or delays
• Any damages resulting from user actions or omissions

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

1. Your right to use the Platform will immediately cease
2. You must cease all use of the Platform
3. We may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law
4. You may request data export before termination

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Platform.
